Troopers and Patrons are membership types of the Organization.
Troopers:
Work directly on the field
Participate in the meetings, represent their views, plan the events, and implement them
Patrons:
Contribute indirectly in the form of giving suggestions/advice
The finance of the Foundation is completely based upon a minimum amount of money(₹100/month) submitted by all the members.
A. Main group (Foundation):
A group of all trooper members
All the meetings related to events, voting, and other important discussions occur here.
B. Committee:
Few Troopers are selected to perform ordinary duties on behalf of other trooper members. Introduction of this extra layer has helped to speed up the decision-making, thereby reducing delay.
The committee consists of 7-9 members. Out of which, 5 are experienced (E) while 2-4 are new (N) members that are selected on the basis of their involvement in discussions, and events. Addition of new members helps them to get in touch with the internal functioning of the organization.
